Anamnesis

Male patient, 48 years old. Professional bricklayer. On 4th July 2003 he had an accident while at work. On 27th July 2003 he was sent to our centre’s Emergency Department.

Diagnosis

1. Left subcapital humerus fracture treated without osteosynthesis. Only immobilization with a splint.

2. Left distal radius fracture treated with immobilization.

3. Right proximal radius fracture, only immobilization.

The right thumb had been reimplanted 19 years before in our Hospital fig. 1 where the following was established:

Treatment

It was decided to support orthopaedic treatment in all cases.
